Products purchased in our online store can be picked up in person from our office, delivered to an address within Kharkiv, or received anywhere in Ukraine through shipping companies’ warehouses.
Delivery Across Ukraine
We deliver to any location in Ukraine! Delivery is carried out by the following services: Nova Poshta, Intime. It is also possible to arrange delivery through another carrier that is more convenient for you. Typically, delivery takes 1–3 days depending on the destination. Delivery costs are covered by the customer (unless otherwise specified in the product description). After the order is shipped, our manager will send you the tracking number. You can find more detailed delivery terms on the official websites of the carriers.
Address Delivery Within Ukraine
For all products purchased in our online store, address delivery is available at preferential rates. The cost and delivery time are discussed individually with each client. If you have any questions, just give us a call using the phone numbers provided on our website.
Self-Pickup
If you would like to pick up your order personally from our office, please select "Self-pickup" as the delivery method when placing your order. Please note that our office is not a physical store or warehouse — it is only a pickup point! Arriving without prior order confirmation may result in wasted time.
