During operation, equipment requires maintenance. A distinctive feature of tools and equipment eligible for service at the Service Center is the presence of a technical passport and user manual (operating instructions).
The Service Center is fully equipped with specialized repair tools and equipment.
Highly qualified engineers at the center will provide consultation on operation, perform diagnostics, service and repair the tools, and install original manufacturer parts. Repairs are usually completed within 2–3 days.

Electric heaters
For customers throughout Ukraine, delivery of goods for warranty service and return is carried out by Nova Poshta or other delivery services (by agreement) at the buyer's expense. The repair time (including delivery) takes approximately 4–7 days.
SERVICE CENTER TIPS
- Read the user manual and the warranty service terms and conditions.
- Follow safety precautions when working with the tool.
- Do not use the tool for purposes other than its intended use.
- Make sure that the mains voltage, power cords, and circuit breakers comply with the specifications of the power tool.
- Do not overload the tool.
